Hello, I am Akia, daughter of the owner and founder of Nutrition Transitions, inc. Our organization is gratifying as I embark on my purpose in life. I experience an undeniable heartfelt moment when I look into the eyes of such wonderful children as I serve them. This is what we do and why we do it. All children deserve nutritious meals, education, and mentoring and I promise to continue to do my part in enriching the lives of so many children, one community at a time.

After laboring in Corporate America for 20+ years, I have found that serving my community is most rewarding. I began my journey with my two loving children to enrich the lives of so many unfortunate children. Millions of children lose their access to nutritional meals after the school year has ended and thankfully, our organization is dedicated to provide those children with what they so rightfully deserve year around: a nutritious meal daily.

We are a 501 (c) 3 tax exempt, non-profit organization who's dedicated to touching the lives of unfortunate children in low-income communities, serving nutritious meals and engaging in educational activities.
Nutrition Transitions, inc. is family-owned and operated in Dallas, TX reaching out to serve Dallas' southern communities and beyond. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch of a loving family.

Way to go, Nutrition Transitions! I am elated to be a part of our family's organization. As a responsible, reliable, and committed young man on a path to pursue my calling, I can now aide the unfortunate while I serve and give back to the community the love, care, and support that was given to me. So many children are suffering from hunger and my purpose in life is to give my time and serve our children to make our world a better place.
